Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping
Please allow 5-10 days from the time of order for your item to be dispatched. Most orders will ship within one week, however if your order is a specialty item such as extra-large fragile original painting, during periods of higher demand, it may take us a little longer than normal. We ask that you please be patient with us during these instances.
Original paintings on canvas are shipped in secure packaging via courier service. Tracking details will be provided once shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. We accept returns only for items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the artwork at info@eskisworldart.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will refund the full purchase price of your item. We are unable to accept any returns after 7 days from the delivery date.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise that you consider using a trackable shipping or courier service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Eski’s World Art is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Eski’s World Art will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
